The Heart of My Work

I’d love to tell you a bit about myself.

I grew up finding solace in Barton Springs and running the trails of West Austin. The energy of this city has deeply shaped me from a young age, and gave me an early sense that I could express myself authentically in the world.

I am a stranger to no one, and I love gathering wisdom from anyone willing to share it. At the same time, I find deep comfort in returning home to a softly lit space, where I can be with my cat and spend time junk journaling.

Throughout my days, I lean on biking, yoga, matcha, art, open water, and time with loved ones to help bring my system back into balance.

I am here to nurture and share healing practices that have deeply shaped my own life. I found Kundalini yoga and integrative practices during a time when my nervous system felt constantly in overdrive. I was living with a deep belief that I was not capable or worthy of rest. In that period, it became easy to lose touch with what I value most - curiosity, gratitude, spirituality, and connection.

Meditation and yoga have supported me in returning, again and again, to a path of presence, rest, and light.

It is my intention to offer practices that support healing across the mind, body, emotions, and spirit, while honoring your own inner wisdom as the guiding force in our work together. I believe your innate knowing is central to the process of returning home to yourself.
