  • I offer therapeutic counseling sessions that are trauma-informed and client-centered.

    75-minute sessions will blend elements of relational therapy, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), dynamic movement, sound healing, and ceremony.

    Services are for adults 18+ residing in Texas.

  • We may be a good fit if you feel drawn to the modalities offered here. This approach may also resonate if you’ve engaged in traditional talk therapy and are seeking a deeper focus on somatic awareness and body-based processing.

  • Please arrive to session on time and in comfortable clothing suitable for light movement. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle and any items that support your physical needs during our time together.

    You are welcome to bring a comfort item or memento that feels meaningful to your process.

  • No, prior experience with yoga, pranayama, or meditation is not required. Practices within the session will move at your own pace.

  • Sessions are 75 minutes and $150.  Sliding scale availability may be offered on a limited basis depending on current openings.

  • I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan’s coverage.

  • In-person sessions are preferred. If virtual sessions are the only viable option, we will discuss its fit together during the consultation call, including potential benefits and limitations for your specific needs and goals.

  • Yes, I am currently accepting new clients. 

  • Yoga has spiritual roots; however, this work focuses on its ethical and embodied practices. It is inclusive of all belief systems and does not require any spiritual or religious framework. You are welcome to engage in a way that aligns with your own worldview.
